THRIVE

Overview

The THRIVE program is designed to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping them navigate life's challenges for personal growth and fulfillment. It emphasizes a holistic approach to well-being, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, physical, financial, relational, professional, and spiritual health. The program is based on the book "THRIVE" by Dr. Saurabh Bhatia, and uses the fictional stories of Vishal and Sonia to illustrate common stressors and provide practical strategies. The program's core goal is to enable participants not just to survive, but to thrive in their environment.

Here is a comprehensive overview of the program's key components:

1. Core Principles:
  • Holistic Well-being: The program addresses the interconnectedness of mental, physical, financial, relational, professional, and spiritual health. It also covers habits, addictions, and nutrition.

  • Personalized Implementation Strategies: The program emphasizes tailored strategies, developed through self-reflection and, if needed, professional guidance. It recognizes that one-size-fits-all advice is not effective.

  • Self-Awareness: The program stresses the importance of understanding one's own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors for effective change and balance.

  • Actionable Plans: The program focuses on creating actionable plans, not just delivering knowledge, and emphasizes the need for practical application to achieve lasting change.

  • Continuous Support: The program provides ongoing guidance and accountability to sustain progress.

2. Program Components:
  • Workshops:

    • Interactive Approach: The workshops move away from classroom-style presentations to include interactive activities, worksheet exercises and breakout room discussions.

    • Module Introductions & Reflection: Participants are introduced to seven core modules and then do individual reflection using score-based data input worksheets to identify their challenges.

    • Deep Dive: There is a deep dive into 3 key modules relevant to the group, through discussions, more detailed worksheet activities, and breakout room discussions. The three modules often include mental health, career and success, and relationships.

    • Solution Building Introduction: The workshops introduce the concept of the THRIVE, highlighting it as a place to build solutions, and also offers a complimentary website membership.

    • Recap and Takeaways: There is a recap of key learnings to encourage participants to take action.

    • Confidentiality: Any sharing of personal information is optional, and worksheets are primarily for personal use.

  • Website Membership:

    • CALM (Free): Basic access for any registered website subscriber, providing free courses, ebooks, and journals.

    • HARMONY (₹): Includes access to some exclusive courses, ebooks, and journals. It is free with the corporate or Zoom workshops.

    • BLISS (₹₹): Includes access to special courses and three free 1-on-1 sessions over six months.

    • NIRVANA (₹₹₹): Provides complete unrestricted access to all website content and ten 1-on-1 sessions over 1 year, called the 'Back on Track' program.
